Paul Chaisty QC and Andrew Grantham complete a two-week long arbitration in Zurich

Paul Chaisty QC and Andrew Grantham have just completed a two-week long arbitration in Zurich.  The claim was for a sum in excess of $50,000,000 which arose out of a joint venture agreement between a BVI and Cypriot company.  The dispute raised issues of BVI law, accountancy practice, tax and alleged misappropriation of corporate assets.
